SMARTSales is an optional SMARTStox module designed for use in busy telesales environments, with a comprehensive customer database and ability to handle retail and wholesale distribution and differing discount and price levels, giving just-in-time stock level ability.

A module designed to provide your business with the capability to maximise the efficiency of your sales team. Intergrating with SMARTStox this system will ensure that just-in-time stock levels are maintained, your sales team have up to the minute information, and orders are processed and despatched efficiently.

Current Stock can show:

· Goods physically held in Stock

· Goods on Order from Suppliers

· Goods ordered by Customers

· Current Stock available for immediate Sale

Despatch

Combined with the use of portable data capture terminals with bar code scanning, SMARTSales will help deliver improvements in efficiency in all areas of the sales team and stock picking.

Product information screen allows for:

· COSHH and Safety Records

· Quantity Discount and mininum order set up

· Direct from supplier recording

· Delivery time and delivery charge recording

· Next delivery due date

All SMARTrack systems include a one day visit for installation and user training, 90 days free support and maintenance and on going personal telephone support and maintenance service.

Customer databases will hold past, current and potential customer information for UK and world wide, with differing VAT liability. The system will follow through and audit a customer enquiry, quotation and sale. Back-order and Overdue-order and Cancelled-order reporting.

The mailshot facility enables the selection of selected customer groups for marketing purposes. Quantity discounts can be managed for individual and customer groups. Customer credit account management allows sales to be monitored against individual credit limits.
